Fibrotape is a highly engineered advance continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic UD tapes offered in a wide range of continuous fiber and resin combinations to increase stiffness / strength and impact resistance of the thermoplastic composite parts.
- Reduce Weight
- Cost Reduction
- Function integration
- Thermoformability due to their high consolidation quality.
- Improve Performance
- Recyclable desing
- Laminates optional with semi impregnated PET scrim tissue on backside for further bunding or foam adhesion

Fibrotape - Multi-ply Combination-Crossply
Excellenet combination of properties in the latest development of composite laminated sheet, intended to meet and exceed the requirements of extreme, harsh work environments, such as trucking, marine and Air shipping.
Multi-ply laminates can be made by consolidating Continuous Fiber Reinforced Polypropylene UD tapes in desired stacking orientation and sequence to form a thermoplastic composite sheet.
All these materials can be post-formed and co-molded with mixed thermoplastic materials in thermoforming and injection molding process to achieve part designs that meet the most demanding performance targets.

We offer to our customer to compose their own strucure using with different core and layer thicknesses.
- Up to 1200 mm slit to width UD tapes and Laminates
- Thickness from 0.250 mm to 0.350 mm
- 50% to 65% fiber by weight
- Laminates available with film and scrims

WHY THERMOPLASTIC
Fibrotape Has Different Vaneties For Their Usebilitiys

Thermoplastic Vs Thermoset
Thermoplastic resin starts in solid pellet form. The pellets are melted to a liquid state and fibers are pulled through the resin to form a continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic tape. Just as ice is a solid material when it is frozen, it melts with heat and becomes a liquid. The liquid can be frozen to become solid ice again, and the process can be repeated over and over. Thermoplastics behave similarly in that they can be melted and re-formed through the application of heat
